13th International Conference on Autonomous Robot Systems and Competitions

24 and 25 of April // Scientific Meeting.

The 13th International Conference on Autonomous Robot Systems and Competitions is an international scientific meeting in the field of Mobile Robotics technically co-sponsored by the IEEE and sponsored by the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS), through its Portuguese Chapter.



It took place in Lisbon, Portugal, from 24 to 28 of April 2013, in conjunction with the 13th Portuguese Robotics Open, a RoboCup Local Event with several other associated competitions. Its scope encompasses, but is not limited to, the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Education.



The 13th International Conference on Autonomous Robot Systems and Competitions took place at ISEL Campus while the Robocup event took place in the premises of Secundary School D. Dinis just a walking distance from ISEL Campus.



The conference proceedings will be indexed in IEEExplore and the conference has also already confirmed for these 13th edition a Special Issue of selected extended papers in the Journal of Intelligent & Robotic Systems from Springer, indexed by Thomson ISI Web of Knowledge (IF=0.83).

24 e 25 de abril // Encontro Científico.

A 13.ª Conferência Internacional sobre Sistemas e Competições com Robots Autónomos é um encontro científico internacional no campo da Robótica Móvel, tecnicamente co-patrocinado pelo IEEE  e patrocinado pela IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS), através do seu capítulo português.



Terá lugar em Lisboa, de 24 a 28 de abril, em conjugação com o 13.º Festival Nacional de Robótica, um evento logal da RoboCup com diversas outras competições associadas. O seu campo de abrangência engloba, mas não é limitado, às áreas da Inteligência Artificial, Robótica e Educação.



A 13.ª Conferência Internacional sobre Sistemas e Competições com Robots Autónomos terá lugar no Campus do ISEL, enquanto que as competições do 13.º Festival Nacional de Robótica terão lugar nas instalações da Escola Secundária de D. Dinis, Marvila, Lisboa, a pouca distância do Campus do ISEL.



As atas da conferência serão indexadas através do IEEExplore e a conferência tem já confirmada um número especial no Journal of Intelligent & Robotic Systems.
